"Space hotel" custom for wealthy Russian tourists!

Russian company unveiled an
ambitious plan for a "space hotel" into Earth
orbit for wealthy tourists.

"Novosti company (orbital technology)
entrepreneur, hotel, guesthouse with four rooms,
has launched into Earth orbit by 2016.

The company says will be the guests of the hotel
by a vehicle (the Soyuz) as now used to
transport astronauts to the international
Orbiter.

But the company is headquartered in Moscow did
not reveal how the construction or the hotel
will arrange financing for the project.

Until now, who want to explore space for tourism
purposes – American businessman Dennis Tito-to
go to the orbital station crowded with Diners
and scientific experiences.

But Sergei kostenko, Director of the company's
hotel project, says that "space hotel" will
provide its customers a very comfortable
atmosphere.

Novosti quoted kostenko as saying: "will remind
you of our hotel to the orbital station. It
would be a very comfortable hotel, and our
visitors will be able to see the ground through
large Windows.

The company Director said that the hotel is
reserved for the wealthy and working in private
companies wishing to conduct scientific
experiments in space.

He says that the hotel would follow the same
orbit of the ISS and the first edition would
consist of four wards of size 20 m3 of room for
seven passengers.

Kostenko did not disclose the price which would
have earned from visitors to the hotel, but said
that they would be submitted to the tastes and
the company is considering using the cooks of
the world renowned for preparing dishes that
will be sent to the hotel.

Although the company give details on how to
build a hotel, the website says that the company
(anrgia), a State-owned company that builds
Russian spacecraft, are the main contractors for
the project company.

Kostenko said that "several partnership
agreements had been signed" with the company (anrgia)
and the Russian Federal Space Agency, and a
number of Russian and American investors have
shown willingness to pump hundreds of millions
of dollars in the project.

Asoshiitidbris Agency quoted Alexei krasnov,
Director of manned space flights in Russian
Federal Space Agency, as saying that the hotel
can be used as temporary shelter for crews
working at the international orbital station in
emergencies.

But Jim ausberg, consultant in space and expert
on Russian space program, expressed doubts on
the feasibility of the project, he said, quoted
by alasoshiitidbris: "Russia to spend money
necessary to build this hotel would have a
significant impact on its commitment to the
future international space station."
